Our finished product sample library contains samples from each of the extender batches manufactured with the objective of guaranteeing total traceability in the quality process and enabling our laboratory to perform any posterior analysis required.
A comparative test of the different extenders is performed periodically to check their efficiency and for technological surveillance of the product.
Such analysis is made by flow cytometry and verifies additional parameters as antioxidant capacity, capacitation and calcium levels in cells, apart from acrosome reaction, membrane integrity, mitochondrial potential and early apoptosis.
